We'll meet at our terminal, where you can relax in a brand new, super modern lounge with spectacular views of our helipad. We'll do a safety briefing, equip you with special safety equipment, attach the cameras you want to take on board; and we'll put you in the best spots for epic aerial photos!

WEIGHT LIMITATION: 110kg per seat (checked on the scale at check-in).

SHARED FLIGHTS: To make this experience even better, all our flights are crowdsourced; we join groups to take off and don't require a minimum of passengers to book. However, there is a minimum number of passengers required per flight and Vertical Rio reserves the right to reschedule a flight if the minimum is not met; in this case, we will get in contact in advance to change our reservation according to availability. CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations requested up to 48 hours before the flight will be refunded at 80% of the amount paid. Cancelations requested less than 48 hours prior to the flight are non-refundable. Please read the full cancelation policy on our Terms and Conditions.

ARRIVAL TIME: It is extremely important that you arrive at least 60 minutes before the scheduled take-off time for the safety briefing, get harnessed up and strap all the cameras before the flight. Preparation for flight and take-off starts strictly at the scheduled time. The check-in will be closed 30 minutes before the take-off scheduled time. In cases of non-attendance by the end of check-in time, it will be considered a no-show and the amount paid cannot be refunded. Remember that there will be other passengers on our agenda, who can not be harmed.

AIRCRAFT: Flights are performed in BH06 or R44 aircraft type, defined by operational parameters. Seating in the helicopter is based on weight and balance and is decided by the pilot before take-off. Know more.
